Welcome to QRBuilder! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of QRBuilder ("Service"), a platform that allows users to create dynamic QR codes. By using QRBuilder, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Account Registration & Access
- To use QRBuilder, you must sign up using Google OAuth or Magic Link authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
2. Subscription & Payments
- QRBuilder operates on a subscription-based model, processed securely via Stripe.
- We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.
- No Refund Policy: Due to our lifetime plan offering, we do not provide refunds for any subscription payments.
3. Use of Service
- You agree to use QRBuilder only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.
- We provide free tools for generating static QR codes, and dynamic QR codes require a paid subscription.
- You may not attempt to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QRBuilder at any time if you violate these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
QRBuilder is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business disruptions resulting from your use of our Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of QRBuilder after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
